Loved the hot tub and snacks! Comfy beds and late night snacks too. CJ was very friendly and always helped us out at the front desk. Thanks our stay was great.
We stayed for an overnighter for our wrestling club and had a great time. The staff was wonderful working with us as we were a lot of people to accommodate and finding space to have our pizza party. CJ was awesome
The best part of our stay was definitely the customer service. CJ and Jen greeted my family at the front desk with a smile and a helpful ear. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and staff were working hard to provide a delicious meal.
Hotel was great!! CJ’s customer service was top notch!!! Very helpful and polite. Great shuttle service, no parking fees for stay and fly, and nice suite! The manger was great too! Thank you-you will be our go too hotel in Madison!!!
Clean rooms. Great price. Easy to access off the freeway. Plenty of restaurants near by. Nice pool and hot tub. Great continental breakfast!
It was wonderful. They offered the hot tub and workout room as we arrived. Sadly we had to leave early for the airport but they also offer a breakfast bar in the morning
Joe gave excellent customer service. I had to cancel a reservation due to my guest getting covid. He not only took care to cancel with Travelocity, but he reassured me their hotel policy was a 24 hour cancelation policy. Joe also was personable, empathetic, and quick. Thank you, Joe.
I had an excellent Stay While I was here. I rebooked my room, a couple nights extra cause I was enjoying it so much but I accidentally rebooked the wrong day once Jennifer C. Working the front desk was very accommodating and worked hard and went out of her way to fix that situation so I was able to stay. Excellent helping service from her 10 out of 10
